"A Ukrainian official, speaking on the condition of anonymity because the person was not authorized to comment publicly, said Zelensky made the public request for evidence about the crash because the United States had not yet shared with Ukraine its intelligence about the missile Thursday.

“The theory that the plane was hit by a missile is not ruled out, but it is not confirmed so far,” Zelensky added."

Не обманешь не продашьThe Radar System of SA-15 can be easily jammed in the modern electronic warfare.

These weapons are rendered obsolete by the modern electronic warfare technology, and they are turned into a heap of useless metal scrap junk with the $15 mil. price tag on each of these missiles.

Until the new and convincing new evidence is presented, my opinion about the true causes of this crash remains the same as I described previously in my posts, the recent expressed regrets and apologies notwithstanding. I will continue to think, that the Ukrainian plane crash in Iran is the free advertising for Putin the Weapons Trader, who intends to sell these useless and obsolete in the modern warfare pieces of junk to the Gulf Arabs, with Netanyahu and Trump acting as the highly paid brokers.

This advertising is paid with human blood, and in addition to this, it will be paid, as the compensations to the victims' families with Iranian money, which they willing to do to avoid the more costly economic effects of the sanctions.

It looks like Trump, Netanyahu, and Putin are acting in cahoots in this huge international con, and they appear to be nothing more and nothing less, than a bunch of liars, thieves, and criminals on the highest levels of power, attempting to rule the world and to run its affairs as they see fit, and enriching themselves nicely in the process, as these cons always go.

Remove these stinky criminals from power, and do this NOW!

Navy moves Next-Gen Jammer electronic warfare to next phase

  • By Kris Osborn
  • Jul 10, 2017
The Navy is hoping that a new, more powerful, high-tech electronic warfare jamming technology will allow strike aircraft to destroy enemy targets without being detected by modern surface-to-air missile defenses.
Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is adding its Next-Generation Jammer (NGJ) technology into its next Increment 2 phase to prepare the electronic warfare system to disable advanced enemy air defenses.
According to a recent draft statement of objective, NAVAIR is asking industry to come up with technologies for the low-band transmitters, which is used to jam early warning radars. A report from FlightGlobal said that the objective is to solicit bidders for a preliminary demonstration contract.
Given the pace of technological change, and the extent to which cutting-edge air defenses are rapidly being upgraded, Navy and industry engineers are planning for the emerging NGJ to be ready by the early 2020s.
The NGJ consists of two 15-foot-long PODs beneath the EA-18G Growler aircraft designed to emit radar-jamming electronic signals; one jammer goes on each side of the aircraft.
Radar technology sends an electromagnetic ping forward, bouncing it off objects before analyzing the return signal to determine a target's location, size, shape and speed.  However, if the electromagnetic signal is interfered with, thwarted or jammed in some way, the system is then unable to detect the objects, or target.
The NGJ can jam multiple frequencies at the same time, Navy and Raytheon officials said.
The emerging system uses a high-powered radar technology called Active Electronic Scanned Array, or AESA.
The NGJ is intended to replace the existing ALQ 99 electronic warfare jammer currently on Navy Growler aircraft. One of the drawbacks to ALQ 99 is that it was initially designed 40 years ago and is challenged to keep up with modern, digital threats with phased array radars, increased power, increased processing and more advanced wave forms, Navy developers explained.
The NGJ is being built with open architecture so that it can quickly integrate new technologies as threats emerge. For example, threat libraries or databases incorporated into a radar warning receiver can inform pilots of specific threats such as enemy fighter aircraft or air defenses. If new adversary aircraft become operational, the system can be upgraded to incorporate that information.
While radar warning receivers are purely defensive technologies, the NGJ is configured with offensive jamming capabilities in support of strike aircraft such as an F/A-18 Super Hornet or F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.
The jammer is intended to preemptively jam enemy radars and protect aircraft by preventing air defenses from engaging.
The NGJ could be particularly helpful when it comes to protecting fighter aircraft and stealth platforms like the B-2 bomber, the Long Range Strike-Bomber and the F-35 multi-role stealth fighter. The technology is designed to block, jam, thwart or blind enemy radar systems so to allow attack aircraft to enter a target area, conduct strikes and then safely exit.
This is useful in today’s modern environment because radar-evading stealth configurations, by themselves, are no longer as dominant or effective against current and emerging air defense technologies.
Today’s modern air defenses, such as the Russian-made S-300 and multi-function S-400 surface-to-air missiles, will increasingly be able to detect stealth aircraft at longer distances and on a wider range of frequencies. Today’s most cutting-edge systems, and those being engineered for the future, use much faster computer processors, digital technology and network more to one another.
Developers explain that cutting-edge multi-function radars are more difficult to attack, however they are something the NGJ can succeed against.
The NGJ is engineered to jam and defeat both surveillance radar technology which can alert defenses that an enemy aircraft is in the area as well as higher-frequency engagement radar which allow air defenses to target, track and destroy attacking aircraft.
Engineers say the NGJ can jam anything that emits or receives and RF frequency in the frequency range of NGJ.
The Navy awarded Raytheon a $1 billion sole source contract for Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) for Increment 1 of the NGJ, the advanced electronic attack technology that combines high-powered, agile, beam-jamming techniques with cutting-edge, solid-state electronics, a Raytheon statement said.
Raytheon was tasked with delivering 15 Engineering Development Model PODs for mission systems testing and qualification, and 14 aeromechanical pods for airworthiness certification.
The NGJ contract also covers designing and delivering simulators and prime hardware to government labs and support for flight testing and government system integration, Raytheon officials said.
Overall, the Navy plans to buy as many as 135 sets of NGJs for the Growler. At the same time, Navy developers did say it is possible that the NGJ will be integrated onto other aircraft in the future.

Tor system suspected of downing plane is very efficient | The Seattle Times

MOSCOW (AP) — U.S., Canadian and British officials said the Ukrainian jetliner that crashed near Tehran this week was downed by Iran in what could have been a mistake amid high U.S.-Iran tensions. The plane crashed hours after Iran launched more than a dozen ballistic missiles at two U.S. bases in Iraq to avenge the killing of its top general in an American airstrike. All 176 people on board died.
U.S. officials said the jetliner might have been mistakenly identified as a threat, and Ukrainian security officials said evidence pointed to a possible strike from a Russian Tor system.
WHAT IS TOR
The Tor short-range air defense system, code-named the SA-15 by NATO, was designed during Soviet times to shoot down aircraft and precision guided weapons.
It is mounted on a tracked vehicle and carries a radar and a pack of eight missiles. Each vehicle can operate independently. Tor has a range of up to 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) and can hit aerial targets at altitudes of up to 6 kilometers (about 19,700 feet).
Since Tor’s initial version in 1986, the system has been updated and improved regularly to enhance its capability.
In 2017, Iran took the delivery of 29 Tor M1 units from Russia under a contract worth an estimated $700 million.
HOW IT WORKS
It takes the system just a few seconds to detect a target and engage it. The missile explodes near the target, taking it down with shrapnel that devastates engines, fuel tanks and other vital components.
The Tor system is highly efficient, reportedly scoring up to 100 percent of hits during tests.

The Tor missile system (Russian: "Тор"; English: torus[1]) is an all-weather low to medium altitude, short-range surface-to-air missile system designed for destroying airplaneshelicopterscruise missilesprecision guided munitionsunmanned aerial vehicles and short-range ballistic threats (anti-munitions). Originally developed by the Soviet Union under the GRAU designation 9K330 Tor, the system is commonly known by its NATO reporting nameSA-15 "Gauntlet". A navalized variant was developed under the name 3K95 "Kinzhal", also known as the SA-N-9 "Gauntlet". Tor was also the first air defence system in the world designed from the start to shoot down precision guided weapons like the AGM-86 ALCM[2] day and night, in bad weather and jamming situations.[3] Tor can detect targets while on the move. The vehicle must stop intermittently when firing,[4][5] although trials are being conducted to eliminate this restriction.[6]
Iran Says It Unintentionally Shot Down Ukrainian Airliner

Michael_Novakhov shared this story .

Suspicions that an Iranian missile had brought down the plane were raised immediately after the crash Wednesday morning — just hours after Iran fired missiles at two bases in Iraq housing American forces.
The Iranians asked the National Transportation Safety Board to help with the investigation, and the State Department granted waivers to allow the American agency to help. A senior administration official said Friday that he thought the Iranians wanted American investigators there to keep up the appearance that they did not know what had caused the crash.
The official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to discuss these matters publicly, said the Iranian military had poor command and control, and that this was reflected in what had happened with the airplane. Communications among officials and between units are often lacking, he said, and confusion can be the norm. Western analysts often overestimate the capability of parts of the Iranian military, he said.
State television in Iran aired footage that it said showed two black boxes recovered from the crash site. Processing their data could take more than a month, and the investigation could take up to two years, Hassan Rezaeifar, the head of the Iranian investigation team, said Friday.
Official Iranian news media had cited technical problems as the cause in the hours after the crash. Iran’s Civil Aviation Organization chief, Ali Abedzadeh, doubled down on that assessment on Friday, saying nothing could be determined until the data from the black boxes was analyzed, and he characterized statements made by other nations as politically motivated.
The military announcement came as something of a surprise. As late as Friday night, officials were weighing whether to blame faulty jet equipment in acknowledging that Iranian missiles brought down the jet, according to four Iranians familiar with the deliberations.
Until Saturday, Ukraine’s main intelligence agency, known as the S.B.U., said only that it had narrowed the cause of the crash to a missile strike or a terrorist act and that it could not confirm Western intelligence that an Iranian missile system was likely to blame.
Russian, U.S. defense chiefs discuss Middle East crisis - Xinhua

MOSCOW, Jan. 10 (Xinhua) -- Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu discussed the situation in the Middle East with U.S. Defense Secretary Mark Esper during a phone conversation, the Russian Defense Ministry said Friday.
"The situation in the Middle East region was discussed," the ministry said in a statement.
Tensions soared in the Middle East after a U.S. airstrike near Baghdad International Airport on Jan. 3 killed Iranian Major General Qassem Soleimani, former commander of the Quds Force of Iran's Islamic Revolution Guards Corps.
Iran fired missiles on Wednesday in retaliation, striking military bases which house U.S. troops in Iraq's western province of Anbar.
Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif tweeted afterwards that "we do not seek escalation or war, but will defend ourselves against any aggression."
U.S. President Donald Trump said that no U.S. casualties resulted from Iran's missile attack, adding that the United States would impose additional sanctions against Tehran.
Ukraine Airlines plane 'was shot down by Iranian anti-aircraft missile'

Michael_Novakhov shared this story from News | Mail Online.

President Donald Trump has said he has serious doubts the Ukrainian plane crash in Iran was caused by mechanical failure and he believes 'somebody made a mistake' after Pentagon officials said the jet was shot down.
US intelligence officials believe the Ukrainian Airlines flight which crashed in Tehran killing 176 people on Wednesday was blasted out of the sky by an Iranian anti-aircraft missile system.
Officials are 'confident' that Iran shot down the Boeing 737-800 jet after detecting a radar system being turned on before two missiles were launched, shortly before an explosion believed to have come from the jet, CBS reports.
Two Pentagon officials added that the missiles were likely launched in error by Iranian anti-aircraft crews awaiting a US response to Iran's rocket strikes against American bases in Iraq hours earlier, according to Newsweek.
Trump said Thursday that he has his suspicions about the attack, telling reporters at the White House: 'It was flying in a pretty rough neighborhood. Somebody could have made a mistake. I have a feeling that something very terrible happened, very devastating.'
The plane, a Boeing 737-800 en route from Tehran Imam Khomeini International Airport to Kyiv's Boryspil International Airport, encountered a problem moments after takeoff in the early hours of Wednesday.
Video showed the aircraft in flames in the air before coming down and exploding a short distance from the city.
If true, the incident would be hugely embarrassing for Iran which had sought to avoid killing anybody in Wednesday's strikes. Eighty-two of the plane's passengers were Iranians.
It could also spark fresh tensions in the Middle East just a day after Trump said Iran seemed to be 'standing down'., as the plane was also carrying 63 Canadians, three Britons, 11 Ukrainians, 10 Swedes, four Afghans and three Germans.

The US intelligence officials spoke out as Ukraine confirmed it is sending missile analysts to the site to investigate.
UK officials also confirmed they are looking into 'very concerning' reports that the airliner was shot down by a missile.
Iranian investigators have insisted that the crash was an 'accident', but have refused to hand over the black box recorded to international investigators.
Some Iranian reports have claimed the black boxes were damaged, and parts of the recordings lost.
The head of Iran's Civil Aviation Organization, Ali Abedzadeh, was quick to reject any suggestion that the plane was shot down as 'scientifically impossible', insisting that its missiles were not capable of reaching that altitude.
New footage captured the moment a burning Ukrainian passenger jet exploded into pieces yesterday - as Iran said the plane was trying to turn back after a technical fault but Ukraine sent missile specialists to inspect the wreckage.
The CCTV footage shows the burning jet plane lighting up a dark street as it approaches before it explodes in a huge fireball.
The explosion sends flaming debris from the Boeing 737 flying in all directions.
Iranian television broadcast the footage today, while a separate 28-second clip taken from the front seat of a car appeared to confirm that the plane was already ablaze when it dropped out of the sky from 8,000 feet.

Iran says the plane had suffered a technical fault, caught fire and started to head back to Tehran, but the crew did not make a radio call to raise the alarm.
Nonetheless, Ukraine is continuing to probe a possible shoot-down and has sent a team of missile specialists to Iran to examine whether a Russian-made weapon could have brought down the plane.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Wednesday vowed to find the 'truth' as he declared a day of national mourning after the crash.
The crash came just hours after Iran fired missiles at US bases in revenge for the death of Qassem Soleimani, sparking fresh fears in the tense Middle East.
Witnesses on the ground and on board a nearby aircraft saw a fire 'growing in intensity' before the Ukrainian International Airlines jet came down, they say.
'The plane, which was initially headed west to leave the airport zone, turned right following a problem and was headed back to the airport at the moment of the crash,' the Iranian Civil Aviation Organization says.
'The plane disappeared from radar screens the moment it reached 8,000 feet. The pilot sent no radio message about the unusual circumstances.
'According to eyewitnesses, a fire was seen on board the plane which grew in intensity.'
Iranian investigators have not said what kind of technical fault, such as a mechanical failure or defective part, could have caused the plane to catch fire.
The agency said it had questioned witnesses on the ground and on board a second aircraft which was flying above the Boeing 737.
Issuing an initial report within 24 hours is rare and it can take months to fully determine the cause of an air disaster.
Last night a Canadian security source said Western intelligence agencies did not believe the plane was shot down, easing fears of a missile strike.
Security sources also say there was evidence that one of the engines has overheated.

Despite the claims of technical failure, Ukraine is sending missile specialists to examine the wreckage of the Boeing jet.

The specialists are awaiting permission from Iranian authorities to examine the crash site and look for missile fragments, Danilov said.
They will also seek to identify the Ukrainian victims with a view to repatriating their remains.
Russia delivered 29 Tor-M1s to Iran in 2007 as part of a $700million dollar contract signed in December 2005, and Iran has displayed them in military parades.
Danilov also referred to images which circulated last night showing what appeared to be the charred remnants of a rocket.
The images were unverified and could be a hoax, but Danilov said the 'information [which] has surfaced on the internet' had bolstered the missile strike theory.

Video footage appeared to show the Ukrainian plane already ablaze as it fell from the sky before crashing
British consulting firm IHS Markit released a report Thursday morning which said the plane was 'likely to have been shot down mistakenly' by Iranian forces.
Calling the missile pictures 'credible', the group suggested that the revolutionary guards could have mistaken a civilian airliner for a US military aircraft.
They added: 'Publicly available flight data for UIA Flight 752 is not consistent with the [Iranian] claim that the airliner was attempting to return to the airport.
'The aircraft's pilots made no distress call, and the flight data shows a normal ascent up to the point where it disappears suddenly at 8,000ft. This is consistent with a catastrophic incident on board the aircraft.'
A technical fault would heap further pressure on Boeing, which was thrown into crisis last year after two deadly crashes in five months killed 346 people.
The 737 was less than four years old and had been checked just two days earlier, with 'one of our best crews' manning the aircraft, the Ukrainian airline said.
Yesterday Boeing declared the air disaster a 'tragic event' and offered its 'heartfelt thoughts' to the 176 passengers and crew on board the plane.
'We are ready to assist in any way needed,' the airline said in a statement.
The doomed jet was a Boeing 737-800 - a very common single-aisle, twin-engine jetliner used for short to medium-range flights. Thousands of the planes are used by airlines around the world.
Introduced in the late 1990s, it is an older model than the Boeing 737 MAX, which has been grounded for nearly 10 months following the two deadly crashes in Indonesia and Ethiopia.
According to flight tracking data from FlightRadar24, the jet which crashed yesterday reached an altitude of 7,925ft before tracking suddenly ended after three minutes.
It slammed into farmland at Khalaj Abad, in Shahriar county, about 30 miles north-west of the airport, Iranian state media said.

The plane had been delayed from taking off from Imam Khomeini International Airport in Tehran by almost an hour.
Video footage appeared to show the plane already burning before it fell out of the night sky, while the fuselage was peppered with holes at the crash site.
Authorities in Tehran are refusing to say if they will hand over the black box recorders on board the plane to outside investigators.
According to aviation experts, only a handful of countries are capable of analyzing black boxes - notably the United States, Britain, France and Germany.
However, Iran has indicated it will not hand the flight recorders to Boeing or the US, with which it has not had diplomatic relations for four decades.
French jet engine manufacturer CFM said any speculation about a technical failure was 'premature', while the Ukrainian embassy in Iran initially ruled out a missile strike but later backtracked.

Aviation experts were at odds as they struggled to explain the disaster, with some saying a shoot-down was unlikely while others said an MH17-style event should be the starting assumption.
'The plane was in working order,' company president Yevgeniy Dykhne told a briefing in Kiev where he choked back tears. 'It was one of our best planes with a wonderful crew.'
UIA Vice President Igor Sosnovskiy likewise said chances of a crew error were 'minimal'.
Dozens of people gathered in the departure hall at Boryspil airport outside Kiev to pay their respects to the crew, five men and four women.
A series of airlines have announced they will stop flying over Iranian airspace amid fears for Middle East security.
Just hours before the crash, the US Federal Aviation Administration had banned US airlines from flying over Iran, Iraq and the waters of the Persian Gulf due to the Middle East crisis.
Search-and-rescue teams yesterday combed through the smoking wreckage of the flight to Kiev, but officials said there was no hope of finding survivors.
Body bags were lined up on the ground, and the passengers' personal items - including luggage, clothes, a Santa Claus doll and a boxing glove - were scattered in the debris.
The Ukrainian foreign ministry revealed there were 82 Iranians, 63 Canadians and three Britons on flight PS752, along with 11 Ukrainians, 10 Swedes, four Afghans and four Germans.
The three British victims were later named as businessman Mohammad Reza Kadkhoda-Zadeh, 40, and engineers Saeed Tahmasebi Khademsadi, 35, and Sam Zokaei, 42.

Canada is home to a large Iranian diaspora community and UIA offers discount flights between Tehran and Toronto, with a transit in Kiev.
Justin Trudeau later vowed to 'ensure that this crash is thoroughly investigated, and that Canadians' questions are answered'. The US promised 'complete co-operation' with the probe.
Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei offered his 'sincere condolences' to the bereaved families.
Aviation experts were divided in their assessments of the crash yesterday.
Stephen Wright, a professor of aircraft systems at Tampere University in Finland: 'There is a lot of speculation at the moment it has been shot down - I think that is not going to be the case at all.
'Planes fly the same routes day in, day out,' he said. 'You don't tend to put... missiles next to international airways for obvious reasons.'
He added: 'It could be a bomb or it could be some sort of catastrophic breakup of the aircraft.'
Against that, one aviation risk group said the first assumption should be that it was a 'shootdown event' like MH17 which was brought down by a suspected Russian missile over Ukraine in 2014.

A statement from OPS suggested there were 'obvious projectile holes in the fuselage and a wing section'.
'Whether that projectile was an engine part, or a missile fragment is still conjecture,' the group said.
'We would recommend the starting assumption to be that this was a shootdown event, similar to MH17 – until there is clear evidence to the contrary.'
Meanwhile, a former pilot and head of flight operations at Britain's Civil Aviation Authority cast doubt on the theory that a mechanical failure was to blame for the crash.
Captain Mike Vivian told Sky News that the Ukrainian Airlines crash was a 'puzzling accident'.
The Boeing aircraft was less than four years old and there was no sign of bad weather or pilot error, making it a 'difficult accident to explain', he said.
'It is a puzzling accident because the normal culprits like weather, like maintenance, like old aircraft or like possibly crew training - I don't believe they're present in this case,' he said.
'Obviously in this case they'll be trying to work out whether it broke up mid-air as indeed it appears to have done or whether it broke up when it hit the ground.
'They'll be looking for evidence of mechanical failure, although I find it difficult, troubling to suggest that engine failure may have caused this.
'Even with a double engine failure, these aircraft are capable of gliding - not far, but they can glide - so I find it very difficult to understand that.'

This second video, which claims to be the filming of the Ukranian plane downing, has emerged, and it is very different from the first one, shown in the MSNBC interview with Mr. Gazetti. In fact, I think, that this second video shows the completely different event; namely the filming of the hit of some object which might be the shoulder held missile with, possibly the laser gun beam, or another shoulder held missile. The debris of these types of the missiles were found on the ground in some proximity to the plane's debris. I think, this second video possibly confirms my hypothesis that these missiles were fired as the cover, to confuse and to mislead the investigators, which they, as a matter of fact, did so quite promptly: even my beloved BBC got mislead and confused in combining these two, apparently unrelated videos in the single one in their report, repeating the erroneous, from my point of view, assertions, that the downing of the Ukrainian plane is the "honest mistake", and the responsibility of Iran. "Iran" - whom: government, private players, some mysterious groups?
But the main problem with that BBC report was the practical absence of the critical analysis and the correct assessment. I would recommend the media to refrain from this erroneous and incorrect evaluations and reviews. Another interesting question is: was this erroneous report issued on purpose: to form a certain desired opinion, or was it the honest lack of the expertise and thoroughness?
Be all of this as it may, we will wait patiently for the  results of the official investigations. However, I would like to add at this point, that it is quite possible, that this event was staged and used by the private weapons traders, the Russian, the Israeli, or both, as the free and powerful advertising of their deadly wears, possibly targeted at the Gulf Arabs, whom they managed to properly scare, in advance of their pitch, with the "Big Bad Wolf Iran".
This sales and advertising tactics would be in line with previously outlined patterns, and a part of them. It might be all about money, in addition to the other present but secondary aspects. Russian Jewish Mafia is "inventive and creative", and raised on blood and corruption.

Navy moves Next-Gen Jammer electronic warfare to next phase -- Defense Systems

THE REAL COUP WAS IN 2016 | THE PSYCHOANALYSIS OF INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS

Image result for Rightist wing of the GOP
The real Coup was in 2016, and it was performed by the corrupt, pro neo-Nazi oriented, Abwehr bought and subverted, the Rightist wing of the GOP, the Broidy-Manafort ring in its latest reincarnation; and by the other alumni of the Abwehr Law School, a.k.a. Roy Cohn’s Law Firm: Little Duce Giuliani, “dirty trickster” Roger Stone, and their circles, climbing and clawing their ways to Power and Money. And apparently, some officers of the New York Branch of the FBI were their ideological and operational “stormtroopers”. Search the Anthony Weiner sexting affair scandal as FBI operation, much under-researched, under-investigated, and under-publicized.
If only a part of all these legitimate and well based suspicions and accusations against the New York branch of the FBI are proven or sufficiently demonstrated, this question would be quite legitimate: Was at least a part of the NY FBI branch corrupt, rotten, in Trump’s pocket, and under possible influences of the foreign agents?

Investigate the “STORMTROOPERS” – the alleged “pro-Trumpists” within the NY branch of the FBI, and look into the general health of the whole branch.

Investigate James Kallstrom and others!

Investigate the Abwehr – Roy Cohn Law School and all its “graduates”.

Investigate the political corruption in both parties. Investigate the corruption and failures within the FBI, and their root causes. The proof is in the pudding, sadly but undeniably.
