Regarding the “Missile Hypothesis”
M.N.: Dear Friends, let me share my thinking with you regarding the reports, that just appeared in the press regarding the hypothesis that the crashed Ukrainian plane was hit by the surface to air missiles, fired by the Iranians.
- It is possible, hypothetically, that the missiles were fired, but it is next to impossible that they hit the plane. The statistical chances of miss for two objects, moving randomly, without continuous in-flight corrections of trajectory for one of these objects, are much greater, than the chances of direct hit. Ask the specialists to comment on this thesis.
2. The plane did not look like it disintegrated in the air, as it would, if it were hit by the missile. Judging from this video below, it continued its flight as the single, integrated object, and it exploded only when it hit the ground.

3. The area of the spread of the fragments appears to be relatively self- contained and limited, and would be much broader, within several miles, if plane disintegrated in the air.
4. The communications were cut off suddenly, as if by the “electrical” switch, which is consistent with my hypothesis, verbalized earlier today, of the plane been subjected to the cut by the laser beam(s) from space in the tail section, where its communications nodes, the “wires”are located; as it happened so often with the previous, similar episodes of the recent plane crashes. If the plane crashed from the direct mechanical impact, the communications would not be affected as if by the turn of the switch, and would continue for the brief period of time, allowing the pilots to transmit their message.
It is hypothetically possible that the missiles were fired, but if it is so, this, most likely , served as the deliberate cover, with the purpose of hiding and misidentifying the real, actual cause, namely the hit by the laser gun from space.
Who are the mysterious US government officials who introduced this ” missile hypothesis”? Let them give a press conference and do subject them to the tough questioning, similarly to the discussion above, and by the specialists.
It looks like the deliberately introduced false “intelligence” report, with the purpose to start a war, and to save the skin of the real perpetrators. Remember about the faulty intelligence reports, prior to Iraq War of 2003, regarding the WPM, which were never found and served just as the convenient pretext to start the war. Do not allow yourselves to be manipulated, and think independently.
If the remnants of the missiles were found on the ground, it is not the proof in any way, that the plane was hit by these missiles. Do not allow the political manipulators and criminals to take you for the fools.
To our Iranian Brothers (and I mean this word: BROTHERS): keep your utmost cool, do not get provoked, and do not conduct any provocative military or paramilitary actions. You have to understand the complexity of the situation, and to exercise the maximum of restrain. Please, do confirm this attitude publicly, and maintain clear and cool, rational lines of communications directly or through the intermediaries that you feel comfortable about.
The truth will come out sooner or later, and, likely, sooner. Do not let the political criminals to start the WW3. Mr. Erdogan, please offer your good services as the intermediary and the moderator. The access to the site of the crash has to be provided, and the team of the top notch professional investigators, possibly under the aegis of the UN, should start their work ASAP.
Mr. Trump and Mr. Netanyahu, please restrain yourselves from making the belligerent comments and from incitements, and wait for the official results of the official, high quality, professional, and multidisciplinary investigation, just like everyone else. Do not mislead and manipulate the masses for your personal political purposes and remember about the one way trip to The Hague.

M.N.: I reviewed some of the other reports from the search above, and they are in the same vein: absolutely unsupported by the cited facts or logic. References to the high authority of the some, unnamed specifically "intelligence agencies", without the exact names of the authors, do not convince me at all.
In 2003 there were a lot of similar sources, including Gen. Colin Powell himself, who declared his "precious" findings in the UN, a la Cuban missile crisis, and later had to apologize, and to resign from the political life.
"Just the facts. Or the valid thoughts." And I hate to be rude, too.
Please, present the available evidence in a simple but not the simplified way, without all the unneeded classified details, and we will examine it as a society at large, including the Scientific Community, and not just the Intelligence Community, and the conclusions will be only richer and more convincing. The importance of these issues calls for it and deserves it. We do not need empty, brainless TV talking heads, we need good, thinking, analytical heads.

The House is set to vote Thursday on a resolution that would limit President Trump’s ability to engage in hostilities against Iran under the 1973 War Powers Resolution, as Democrats attempt to reassert Congress’ constitutional authority to declare war amid a tense standoff with the Islamic Republic.
President Trump said Wednesday the U.S. would impose new sanctions against Iran, but backed away from further military action after Iran launched missiles at two military bases housing U.S. troops in Iraq. Iran’s attack was in response to America’s targeted killing of Iranian Major General Qassem Soleimani.
Mr. Trump said Wednesday Iran appeared to be “standing down” after a week of soaring tension between the two countries. By Thursday, however, there were mixed messages. A senior Iranian military commander vowed there would be “harsher revenge” against the United States. The remark came a day after Iran’s political leaders said the Islamic Republic had “concluded” its response to Soleimani’s killing.

U.S. officials are confident Iran shot down a Ukrainian jetliner in the hours after the Iranian missile attack on U.S. targets earlier this week, CBS News has learned. The Ukrainian International Airlines plane crashed Wednesday soon after takeoff from Tehran’s airport, killing all 176 people on board.
U.S. intelligence picked up signals of a radar being turned on, sources told CBS News. U.S. satellites also detected two surface-to-air missile launches, which happened shortly before the plane exploded, CBS News was told.
Federal officials were briefed on the intelligence Thursday, CBS News transportation Kris Van Cleave reports. A source who was in the briefing said it appears missile components were found near the crash site.

As Israel prepares to head for an unprecedented third round of elections within less than a year in March, Israeli parties are scrambling to ensure as many votes for them as possible. Undoubtedly the most distressed of those parties is Netanyahu’s Likud, with Netanyahu himself frantically searching for a win in order to avoid criminal prosecution over numerous corruption cases following his indictment at the hands of the Attorney General.
In fact, Netanyahu made a formal request of immunity from the Speaker of the Knesset, who himself is a Likud party member. As per Israeli law, members of the Knesset (MKs) do not receive automatic immunity from prosecution, however they can request it. If a request is made, a majority of the Knesset must vote in favor of granting immunity. To this day, there has not been a single incident of immunity being granted to an MK.
In response to Netanyahu’s request, the leader of the far-right party Yisrael Beiteinu, Avigdor Lieberman, announced that his party would vote against the request. It is worth noting that the primary reason behind Israel’s political turmoil over the past year was due to Lieberman’s decision to leave Netanyahu’s right-wing coalition, leading to the collapse of the government and fresh elections in April 2019. Even now, Lieberman still refuses to join a Netanyahu-led government, citing his fierce opposition and hatred towards the ultra-Orthodox and religious parties that form the backbone of Netanyahu’s coalition.
Following inconclusive elections in April and September of 2019 that were filled with egregious incitement and racism at the hands of Netanyahu against Palestinian citizens of Israel, as well as mounting pressure from the people calling on him to resign, it seems as if Netanyahu’s momentum has run out.
Furthermore, dealing a decisive blow to Netanyahu’s incitement filled campaign against Palestinian citizens of Israel, the Joint List – a coalition of Palestinian parties led by the joint Arab-Jewish party Hadash – won an astonishing 13 seats in the Knesset, making it the third largest party in it. Moreover, its renewed power meant that should Netanyahu’s Likud and Benny Gantz’s Kahol Lavan, Netanyahu’s main rival and opposition, form a unity government, the Joint List’s leader, MK Ayman Odeh, would become the speaker of the opposition, giving Palestinian citizens of Israel unprecedented power and influence in the Israeli government.
It is also important to note the fact that despite Gantz campaigning as a “centrist” and a “progressive” voice that will bring change to Israel, his politics differ little to Netanyahu. More importantly, despite his constant preaching of peace and reconciliation, when MK Odeh offered to join a center-left government coalition with Kahol Lavan, Gantz was quick to dismiss his willingness to cooperate with any Palestinians on any matters.
This further proved a prospect that has haunted Netanyahu and his right-wing bloc — the rise of Palestinian citizens of Israel as game changers and a force to be reckoned with in Israeli politics. The September election results demonstrated that Palestinian citizens of Israel are the ones who can and will decide who the next prime minister is, as the Joint List’s decision to recommend Gantz for the formation of the government (with the exception of the Balad faction of the Joint List) – something that Arab parties have only done once before in the 1990s. While the Joint List made it clear that they are not supporting Gantz, it was a very explicit message to the Netanyahu and the world that Palestinian citizens of Israel plan to take an active role in bringing about change and ending Netanyahu’s grip on power and his far-right agenda.
Finally, when no party was able to form a government in September, it became clear that Israel will head to the polls again – something Netanyahu knew would be catastrophic to him and his parties. A third election would mean only one thing, a devastating blow to the Likud and, more importantly, to Netanyahu, as voters have clearly grown tired of his policies and corruption.
In fact, polls released right after the Knesset was dissolved again in September of 2019 showed that Gantz’s Kahol Lavan would gain a whopping 37 seats in the Knesset, an increase of 4 which would give them an incredible 6 seat lead over Netanyahu’s Likud. Additionally, the Joint List, arguably the kingmaker of the Israeli elections, was projected to receiving an unimaginable 14-15 seats. Such a feat has never before been accomplished by Palestinian voters, who are clearly energized by Netanyahu’s incitement and racist policies. Even worse, Likud member and former education and interior minister, Gideon Sa’ar, is mounting a serious challenge against Netanyahu’s leadership in the party.
As the world seemed to crumble around him, Netanyahu received a golden gift. Following the assassination of Iran’s top general, Qassem Soleimani, at the hands of the United States, Iran vowed revenge. While such revenge will almost certainly not involve direct conformation with the US, it will however most likely involve Iran’s proxies in Iraq, Syria, and most importantly for Netanyahu, in Lebanon and Gaza.
Such escalation of tensions between the US and Iran have provided Netanyahu with the perfect opportunity to use a strategy which has kept in power all those years: the possibility of war. Every time Netanyahu was about to lose an election, he simply launched an offensive into Gaza or the West Bank prior to election day, stoking fears among the Israeli population, and selling himself as the strong-man needed to counter such so-called threats.
Yet, when he employed that tactic in the September elections by promising to annex the West Bank and severely escalating military aggression in the West Bank and Gaza, leading to dozens of deaths and hundreds more injured – it failed. It seems as if the Israeli population was simply sick of his policies and corrupt behavior. However, the threat of Iran and its proxies attacking Israel is a far more effective fear-mongering tactic which he will use to rally the nation around him. Moreover, it is clear that Netanyahu has been attempting to provoke Iran and President Bashar al-Assad of Syria with dozens of Israeli airstrikes being carried out on Syrian and Iranian targets in the region all throughout 2019. Now that his wish has come true, it is looking more and more possible that he will remain in power for yet another term.

Investigate the “STORMTROOPERS” – the alleged “pro-Trumpists” within the NY branch of the FBI, and look into the general health of the whole branch.
Investigate James Kallstrom and others!
Investigate the Abwehr – Roy Cohn Law School and all its “graduates”.
Investigate the political corruption in both parties. Investigate the corruption and failures within the FBI, and their root causes. The proof is in the pudding, sadly but undeniably.
