I have to make a correction: I do not really know who was doing this. Most likely, with about 95% of certainty, it was Putin himself and his services, probably in conjunction with others, that's how it feels and looks. See also other posts on this subject. So, I should say, that:
Someone installed the hidden cameras in all my apartments, including the bathrooms, which is their main focus of attention. And then they let me know that they record my every move and action, under the guise of "protective surveillance".
They also let me know, that they publish it on the Internet in the real time. This is their response and retaliation for the critical articles about them, that I publish on the internet: "this is our shit in response to your shit". This is also the tool to apply psychological pressure to stop this criticism.
Install the hidden cameras everywhere in the Kremlin and their Presidential Palaces, including their bathrooms and bedrooms; record everything, and publish it on the Internet!
I will piss on any Presidential Palace at any time, it does not make any difference to me; there is more dirt there than anywhere else.
This is their KGB device, aimed at controlling and psychologically subduing the person. They can do it with anyone and anywhere. This is their well known tactic, it was a big scandal on this subject during the Sochi Olimpic Games.

I think, it also tells us that the Obama's FBI, which was a phenomenon in and by itself, was thoroughly subverted by the KGB. This has to be investigated very thoroughly.
I think, just based on the general observations, press reports, and the logic of the recent events, that Mr. Wray did a good job in cleaning up the FBI; practically it is a different FBI, much healthier, much more professional. However, this job is not done completely if we do not understand the root causes of this nightmare that was the Obama's FBI; it practically morphed into the KGB. We do have to investigate this phenomenon. We also have to take all the appropriate measures to stop this nightmare from occurring again, of course. And this is very realistic possibility.
Investigate Obama himself, and very, very thoroughly.
