Our Services Benma B.V. offers a comprehensive range of services, including: Tank Storage Leasing Maritime Logistics & Shipping Coordination Transloading Operations Product Handling & Distribution Laboratory Testing & Analysis SGS Verification Services Dip Test Inspection (DTI) Quality & Quantity Certification Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) Process To obtain a Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) and, where applicable, a Charter Party Agreement (CPA), the following procedure applies: The Lessee provides an updated company profile, business registration documents, product specifications, and complete supplier, refinery, or exporter information. Alternatively, a refinery or supplier commitment letter may be submitted. Upon successful review, the Lessor issues the Tank Storage Agreement together with the corresponding commercial invoice. The Lessee signs and returns the agreement and invoice, confirming acceptance of the terms and commitment to the transaction. Payment is made according to the terms stated in the commercial invoice. The Lessee provides proof of payment by forwarding the official bank transfer confirmation to the Lessor. Upon confirmation of funds and receipt of the Notice of Readiness (NOR) and injection schedule from the supplier or refinery, the Lessor will issue the Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) within 36 business hours. The Lessor establishes communication with the supplier, refinery, or exporter and coordinates the product injection schedule. Upon completion of the first product injection ("First Splash"), the storage period purchased by the Lessee officially commences. The Lessee may appoint its own inspection team to conduct a Dip Test Inspection (DTI) and verify product quality and quantity. The product may be lifted at any time during the validity period of the storage agreement.
