9:49 AM 9/10/2020 - "Wild animals roaming the cities of the "free" Western world - this is one of the most favorite memes, themes, propaganda scares, etc., etc. of the RUSSIAN INTELLIGENCE, POSSIBLY THE GRU AND THEIR MAFIA FRIENDS. It's use has a long history, starting with the "wild animals in Tbilisi escaped from the Zoo" in 2015, the incident employed against the freedom aspiring Georgia, after the suspicious and most likely induced, engineered, arranged by GRU-Russian Mafia flooding there. Most recently, the seeings of wild animals in the cities were reported in multiple places, e.g. in England.

Real GRU-Mafia tigers against the brainless, blind, incompetent FBI's paper tigers. No match! The FBI is not even capable of seeing this analogy and making their conclusions. That is why we have all these nightmares on our hands, due to the eternal FBI's prostration. This war is first of all and most of all against the stupid FBI, and they do not even want to see and to acknowledge this. The ignorance is bliss, indeed!

In my opinion, the above interpretation of this report is confirmed by the clues of the "telling names": "Knoxville", "Knox News": " Knock them off!"

This "war", in part, also looks like the extended retaliation for the arrests of the Russian GRU agents in 2010.

This is the major psychological, emotional engine and mechanism of the various psychopaths from the various Intelligence Services: retaliation, revenge, getting even or more; much more. That's how the operate, this is their long standing traditions and modus operandi. And the waste of a lot, a lot of money. Also in my humble and uninformed opinion.
