This might be a reference, ostensibly, to the plan for the Transcaucasia Confederation, which I named jokingly "Koza", a female goat. Putin looks furious, and he should be, if all these things: Kobe's accident and this one in Afghanistan, are piled on him. I can only say, that if all of this is correct, Mr. Netanyahu, and/or his Military - Intelligence assisstants, if they are involved, are playing very dangerous games. This type of behavior for Israelis would be simply suicidal, and the third party has to be considered, and it can only be Germany and the New Abwehr. STUTTGART, Germany — U.S. ground units in Europe are the first in the Army to be outfitted with new sensors designed to protect troop formations from Russian cyber intrusion and better challenge adversaries in an increasingly contested electronic warfare battle space.
Delivery of the equipment will be completed later this month, the Army said. “This equipment will provide additional sensors on the battlefield to contribute to the commander’s common operating picture, and assist in driving the targeting process,” said Capt. Sean Lynch, an electronic warfare officer with the Vilseck, Germany-based 2nd Cavalry Regiment. The new electronic warfare systems ensure that commanders at the brigade level and lower can “geolocate enemy emitters” and “deny tactical communications,” Lynch said in a statement. The moves to better equip units for electronic warfare come as the Pentagon is shifting its focus to sophisticated threats posed by Russia and China. JENNIFER BUNN/U.S. ARMY U.S. Army units in Europe have been grappling with such concerns for the past three years as operations have intensified along NATO’s eastern flank. Russia’s deployment of electronic jammers to disrupt Ukrainian military radio communication has also caught the attention of American commanders. “Russia knows how we roll,” now-retired Gen. Philip Breedlove warned in 2016 when he was head of U.S. European Command. “They have invested a lot in electronic warfare because they know we are a connected and precise force and they need to disconnect us to make us imprecise.” After Russia’s 2014 intervention in Ukraine, efforts to adapt began to rise to the unit level. In 2015, the 2nd Cavalry Regiment requested more powerful guns, which finally arrived in December in the form of new 30 mm autocannons mounted on the unit’s Stryker vehicles. Electronic warfare gear has also been gradually coming online. Besides the 2nd Cavalry Regiment, soldiers with the Vicenza, Italy-based 173rd Airborne Brigade and the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, are all slated to receive the latest equipment this month. The technology, developed in response to an operational needs request from U.S. Army Europe, is considered an interim fix while the Army continues development on more advanced electronic warfare capabilities. “These soldiers are the Army’s first users of dedicated electronic warfare capabilities for brigade and below, and among the most advanced in Army; we are already seeing them build impressive tactics, techniques and procedures from the ground up as well as task organize to best achieve their commander’s desired end state,” Col. Ariel Bulshtein, adviser to the prime minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, has announced that Israel has refused to sell weapons to Georgia, at Russia’s request. He also stated a month and a half ago, that Israel had refrained from selling weapons to Ukraine at the request of Russia, in exchange for halting an arms deal between Russia and Iran.
In an interview with Ukrainian magazine Apostrophe, Yedioth Ahronoth reported on Thursday that Bulshtein pointed out that: “Russia has agreed at least twice to Israel’s request not to sell advanced weapons to Iran. Russia also asked Israel to realise the sensitivities and to respond to its requests about arms sales.” Bulshtein mentioned that: “Israel has not sold several types of weapons to Georgia. There are similar Russian demands from Israel regarding other countries, especially in places witnessing conflicts with Russia.” “There is no talk of cancelling the supply of weapons included in agreements that have been signed. It is clear to all, that not all of the massive weapons that Israel has are not for sale, and even when we sell, we do not sell to all countries. When Israel decides what to sell abroad, it also takes into account the geopolitical situation,” added Bulshtein. Bulshtein evaded answering a question on the issue of selling weapons to Ukraine, and declined to repeat his answer from his previous statements. He asserted: “In this specific case, I am not part of the negotiations. Therefore, I do not know all the details about Russia’s requests for Ukraine, and whether there is such a request in the first place.” His previous statement about Israel’s refusal to sell arms to Ukraine at the request of Russia, had led to several calls for Netanyahu to dismiss him. Haniyeh’s foreign tour: Between Egyptian approval and the expected agenda Netanyahu had previously mentioned Bulshtein as a candidate for the post of Israeli ambassador to Moscow, a vacant position since the former ambassador, Gary Koren, completed his duties in September. Because Netanyahu was unable to appoint an ambassador in the context of political appointments, the Israeli foreign minister, Jacob Livna, was sent as acting caretaker of the Israeli embassy in Moscow. Bulshtein advised the Ukrainian magazine that no major party in Israel dreams of winning without supporting the votes of Russian immigrants, and that in eight out of the nine recent election battles in Israel, the Russian population has determined the election results. According to Bulshtein: “In the last elections, Likud won five seats in the Knesset from Russian votes, and this is a lot. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will head to Russia tomorrow to discuss US President Donald Trump’s deal with President Vladimir Putin, Anadolu reported yesterday.
“On 30 January in Moscow, Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, who will pay a brief working visit to Russia,” Anadolu reported the Kremlin press office saying. The chief of staff of the Air Force has confirmed reports from the Taliban that a U.S. military aircraft crashed in Afghanistan earlier Monday.
Speaking to a group at an event hosted by the Center for a New American Security, Gen. David Goldfein said the plane that went down was an Air Force E-11A Battlefield Airborne Communications Node, or BACN, aircraft.
According to earlier reports, the plane crashed in Ghazni province to the east. Ghazni has been under majority Taliban control since 2015, shortly after U.S. combat forces formally drew down in Afghanistan.
Local journalist Tariq Ghazniwal reported that the crash took place about 10 kilometers, or 6 miles, outside of an unspecified U.S. military base, according to an Associated Press report. It's not yet clear how many were aboard or if any casualties were sustained.
"It appears we have lost an aircraft. We don't know the status of the crew," Goldfein said, adding the Central Command officials are in contact with relevant parties to investigate the situation.
U.S. Forces-Afghanistan spokesman Army Col. William "Sonny" Leggett confirmed on Twitter the crash was not the result of hostile fire.
"There are no indications the crash was caused by enemy fire," Leggett said. "[The] Taliban claims that additional aircraft have crashed are false."
The general urged caution on initial reports coming out over social media and other outlets.
"In my experience ... first reports? Always wrong," Goldfein said.
A U.S. official told Fox News there were fewer than five people aboard the aircraft when it went down.
BACN broadcasts data to pilots flying in an increasingly contested environment, boosting their situational awareness for beyond-line-of-sight activity. Developed by Northrop Grumman, BACN is the result of a longstanding Air Force effort to bridge the gaps between tactical data links that normally would not be able to transmit information to one another.

 Almost unbelievable and insane, macabre, but very realistic and possible thought and suspicion, which would not be out of this President's "moral character", or lack of it, at all: Are there any indications of Donald Trump's direct or indirect complicity in Kobe Bryant's helicopter accident?! Was it a "Thank You" present from Mossad & Netanyahu? I think, that in the present, almost unbelievable and surrealistic circumstances, FBI has to take this thought very seriously, and to follow and investigate this lead exhaustively, and to the fullest. Coincidence in time with Mr. Netanyahu's visit might be more than just a coincidence. Is the accident with the military plane crash in Afghanistan also a part of the picture?! As abhorrent as these thoughts and suspicions are, they have to be approached dispassionately and coolly. To tell you, the people, the truth, this thought and suspicion were one of the first on my mind when I learned about the Kobe's accident, and that is why I did this Google Search: Kobe Bryant and Donald Trump, but nothing meaningful came up at that time. The vresults of this search are somewhat different now. This article below, about Kobe's critical attitude towards Trump, is significant and meaningful, this subject has to be addressed and investigated by the journalists and the criminal investigators. Needless to say, the absolute, 100% objectivity, depth, truthfulness, reliability have to be guiding principles. This issue might become more important than all the current aspects of the Impeachment and Removal From Office case. This would be the blatant criminal offense, if it is truth. But we also have to keep in mind, that this might be the attempt to tarnish Trump and his reputation at this point. Absolute objectivity, and nothing less, is the key!
