Mr. Trump should be medically evaluated for possible but hypothetical, at this point, dioxin toxicity. - M.N.
Psychiatric manifestations of dioxin toxicity - Google Search
M.N.: If my thinking or impressions regarding Mr. Trump's exposure or poisoning with Dioxin are correct, the psychiatric manifestations of this condition have to be considered also. This becomes very complex problem. I think humbly, with all due respect to the President's physicians and/or medical officers, that the specific diagnostic toxicological tests should be considered, and Mr. Trump should be medically evaluated for this hypothetical, at this point, problem in a comprehensive fashion. It might hold clues and explanations, in addition to all the other aspects of his political and general behavior.

I also think that Mr. Trump presently takes antidepressant medication, probably the Prozac type, and it helps him a great deal, and there is nothing wrong, if the President takes antidepressants. He looks like he functions better: his affective reactions are better modulated, mood appears to be more stable. His cognition never appeared to be significantly affected. Personality wise he is the same as he always was and he is entitled, just like any of us, to "wear and practice", so to speak, any personality he "chooses", this aspect would not concern me much with regard to his adequate general functioning. His political personality, and his political behavior are the completely different matters, and they are affected by their own factors.
Overall, his psychiatric status presently does not cause any particular reasons for concern; whatever psychiatric problems he might have, they appear to be adequately compensated, and his functioning, all in all, appears to be satisfactory. However, this does not exclude the presence of the underlying problems, including of the organic type, they just are not evident on the general observation of his behavior.
I think Mr. Trump should be evaluated by a good general psychiatrist, for his own health benefit, regardless of all the other issues.
