Apparently, and this is the logical conclusion, someone does not like A: Speed Cameras and B: increase in their use in NYC, and this "someone" with this type and style of capabilities could only be one entity: the MOB, either by itself or as the hired hand, including its use as the cover. The object of the hypothetical attack, Mr. Nadler, is from the same political camp as Mrs. Clinton, and the timing was chosen, it appears, to present them publicly as the "weak" persons, at the times when they handle huge responsibilities. This political context and emotional, mass propaganda type of the subtext are evident, with the mocking and ironic, in this setting, slogan: "Speed Cameras Save Lives".

The use of the new directed energy portable weapons disguised as the video equipment at the public events represent the new types of risks to potentially all public officials regardless of political affiliations and they are the potential threats to governing and public safety.

Compare with fainting episode of Hillary Clinton on 9/11 Ceremony in 2016. This certainly is not the "Dehydration", and the circumstances are very similar. I described the concerning and puzzling elements in Mrs. Clinton episode in one of the earlier posts and in the letter to DOJ. This might represent the danger to public officials. FBI, investigate the common elements in these episodes closely.
In both cases the subjects recovered fast, within hours and days, without the apparent consequences, and they appeared to be disoriented and in a state of prostration. Both or their parties complained of excessive heat in the areas around them. All these details point to the effect of some factors at the times of the episode, which is consistent with the hypothesis of the deliberate adverse hostile actions, and possibly portable directed energy weapons.
