To FBI: I want to add one more person to my list of suspects: Alexey Dyumin . I think, it is possible that he runs personal Intelligence and Special Operations Service for Mr. Putin. He was in GRU, was rumored to be slated as the head of GRU, but was bypassed by Korobov, and then he was kicked out from GRU, and Putin sent him to be the Governor of Tula oblast, which specializes in producing weapons, including the famous Kalashnikov automatic rifle. I suspect, that he uses the mass killings as the advertising for his sales. Review all the previous cases of mass shootings, Kalashnikov is used quite often there. This suspicion of mine has nothing to do with my impression of his perceived personal threat to me. I had this idea of the "advertising aspect" for quite some time, about 2-3 years.
