M.N.: Let us face it: behind these numbers is the intense public rage at Obama, and the racial component is just the small and insignificant part of it, more of the convenient and primitive emotion than anything else. This intense rage is directed at the general  incompetence of the past Administration  (to put the other hypothetical notions and explanations aside for now) which is felt intuitively, affectively ("political passions") rather than is analyzed rationally and understood consciously by the masses. The independent and strong "intellectual class" (find any other names for it that you wish, and this term should also include the FBI and other Government structures) has a duty to understand, to interpret, and to translate these raw political emotions into the conscious conceptual ideas, thoughts, and the plans of actions.
