The rational is to incite the war between Iran and the West, primarily the U.S. and Israel, and to jack up the oil prices, and also, but secondarily, to undermine the US - China relations, both economical and political.
The antecedent of these events: the assassination of Solemani, fits in as the first step in these series of the successive operations, and it was possibly facilitated by the Russian agents within the US and Israeli governments or power structures.
The high number of the Iranian political figures among the CoronaVirus deaths, including its first Ambassador to Vatican, is rather unusual and indicative of the deliberate rather than natural spread, and with the attempt to blame these occurrences on Israel and the US, as the covers.
The activities of the Russian propaganda machine in this particular direction: blaming the US in the use of the CoronaVirus epidemic against Iran and China, might be the parts of the same plan and efforts.
The situation with high incidence of CoronaVirus in Italy fits in with this line of thought, as the "punishment" for establishing Vatican - Iran relations, and is indicative of some hostile religious involvement and factors.
My respectful advice to the Iranian Authorities is to look deeper into this hypothetical explanation, to review their relations with Russia and to assess them correctly, in the light of these and the previous facts, not to rush with blaming the West, but to work on reasonably strengthening its relations with the West, and to try to arrive at the true explanations, based on facts, together.
Putin is the Fox, and of the worst kind, the shameless actor, pretending to be honest and sincere; and his minions are the pathological liars, psychopaths, and criminals. They will stop at nothing to achieve their goals, not even at the deaths of the thousands of innocents.
My respectful advice to US and Israeli Intelligence services is to look deeper into the possibility of the treacherous incitement and misdirection in Soleimani affair.
My respectful advice to the Russian Intelligence Services and to the Russian people is to overthrow the psychopath Putin, to look and investigate the role of Patriarch Kirill in this and previous affairs, and not to rely on the the temporary patches but to achieve the comprehensive and true understanding of the situation.
